Equipment Crew Request – Trailers Needed for Hoover Invitational

Each year at our Hoover Invitational Band Festival (October 20 this year), the equipment crew is tasked with assisting the 25 – 35 visiting bands with transporting their equipment from their trucks to a warm-up area, on the field, and then back to their trucks after they perform.  We are in need of 20+ utility trailers at least 14’ long but not longer than 16’ and are asking for your help. (Click HERE for a form including details of what we need).  If you have a trailer of these lengths, or know an individual or business who does, please contact Nathan Varner or Alan Christian with the details.  If it is more convenient to give the trailer owner the form to complete, simply return the completed form to Nathan or Alan and we will contact them about pick up and return.
